Version fi-business-2026-10-27-v1
1. Seller and contact
Freight Insider is the publication brand of Young Shields, Løgæblevej 1 3TH, 2500 Valby, Denmark. CVR 46520254; VAT DK46520254. Contact mail@freightinsider.co for membership, billing, access or corrections. The publication may use an anonymous editor's voice; the legal seller remains identified.
2. Who the membership is for
One named reader buying for their trade, business or profession. The purchaser must be authorised to buy for the business. Consumer purchases are not accepted under this launch version. Team access and custom research require separate agreement.
3. What membership supplies
Two substantive analyses each week, email notices linking to the protected full editions, the member archive and supported released platform capabilities. Coverage, source periods and limitations appear with each analysis. The launch archive contains the accepted DHL Group edition dated 19 October 2026 (H1/Q2 2026) and Poland Road edition dated 20 October 2026 (2025 haulage, dated 2026 context). Earlier publication dates and reference periods remain visible.
Market sizing, quantitative forecasts and additional vertical sectors are planned additions without a guaranteed release date. Existing research or navigation labels do not promise that every market or tool is ready. Consultancy and commissioned analysis are separate.
4. Price and payment
EUR50 per month before applicable VAT. Stripe Checkout shows the applicable tax and final monthly total before the purchaser commits. At 25% Danish VAT the total would be EUR62.50; tax may differ with customer location and status. No trial, annual commitment, extra seat or permanently locked founding price is included. The first paid month starts when payment succeeds. Stripe processes payment details; Freight Insider does not collect card numbers in its own website forms.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal through the account page's secure billing portal, or contact member support if that route is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period. Newsletter unsubscribe is a separate choice and does not cancel billing. There is no early-cancellation penalty.
6. Access and delivery
Sign in with the account used before Checkout. Paid access is attached to that account. A forwarded email, a shared article link or a successful browser redirect cannot grant paid access. Email updates carry links; the full evidence-backed editions are read in the protected platform. Readers may turn off updates without changing renewal; the archive remains their reading route while eligible. Payment failure, paid-period expiry or a refund can suspend access to the affected period. Contact support for a billing or identity error.
7. Use of the analysis
The licence covers one individual reader. Do not share an account or redistribute full paid editions, underlying datasets or exports to unlicensed readers. Public sample links may be shared. Short attributed quotations remain subject to applicable law and source rights. Keep dates, scope, source qualifications and uncertainty with any permitted use.
8. Corrections, availability and complaints
The analysis distinguishes observations, calculations, estimates and editorial judgement. Outlooks are conditional; no forecast outcome or commercial result is guaranteed. Material corrections should identify the affected edition and the correction rather than silently rewriting an old save. Report a missing delivery, access failure, material error or complaint to mail@freightinsider.co. Refunds or other remedies owed under the contract or mandatory law remain available. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule or waive statutory rights. No specific response-time guarantee is included.
9. Changes and ending service
A material change to price or the continuing service must be communicated in advance so the purchaser can cancel before it applies. It does not change an already-paid period retrospectively. Any decision to discontinue the paid service needs advance notice and a fair treatment of prepaid, undelivered service; these terms do not authorise unannounced suspension of fulfilment.
10. Account data and contract record
Young Shields processes account, billing and support data to provide and protect the requested service and meet legal record-keeping duties. Optional free-newsletter consent remains separate. The subscription privacy notice identifies Stripe, Kit, Supabase, Resend, Render and Cloudflare in their actual roles. The contract confirmation provides the agreed terms in a form the purchaser can retain, together with price, renewal and account instructions. A changeable webpage link alone is not treated as the completed contract record.
11. Applicable law
Danish law applies, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. A business-purpose statement cannot override a person’s actual consumer status.
